By far the best dealership I’ve been too!! I’m from Louisiana bought a Chevy few years ago here. Since then have had a few issues with truck and no one in Louisiana wanted to even look at it in a timely manner. I’ve made it a point when I have maintenance or issues to get it back to this dealer and they have always looked into and repaired it in a extremely timely manner.. thank your Star!

Bobby Regan himself came to rescue me after my call to Dilly Easterling re my breakdown. He gave me a loaner car to get home and use until my car was repaired and sent a tow truck to get my disabled car. Less than 24 hours, my car was repaired and ready for pickup.

Excellent service department

I was there for an oil change and mentioned I had been losing coolant from my radiator reservoir. They inspected, drained, and tested my coolant system then brought me out to show me what was going on. It's a simple repair so I'll do it myself at home. They then refilled my coolant system. All that plus an oil change in about an hour. I had figured on paying a labor fee plus whatever else they would have to add on but I was only charged for the oil change and coolant. I was shocked to say the least. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

I purchased a new car at Wiggins Mississippi at star Chevrolet. When I get ready to purchase another one, I will be sure to go to Wiggins star Chevrolet. They were super nice people.

Many of my friends know, i love testing out warranties and seeing which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Often there are telling signs before purchase on big ones.. if possible you want to pay outright instead of financing (like vehicle warranties), BUT if you buy 1 with bad terms or unclear terms, it is likely you are buying false peace of mind. Recently the transmission failed in my 2019 Silverado. That is an expensive repair! I got a couple of quotes ranging from 6k-10k. Then i was like "well i purchased a warranty. That should cover it." I told my friend at the transmission shop i use, and he said "good luck. Usually those vehicle warranties back out or wont cover it." Seeing as the warranty policy itself cost significantly less than the transmission, i got nervous. The warranty was from Star Cheverolet in Wiggins, MS. Sure enough, they saw my wrecked transmission, and said it was covered as agreed in my warranty. They also noticed the bearing on my water pump was beginning to fail, and they replaced that as well. My total bill was like $408... just that water pump at auto zone costs almost that much.. My friend at the transmission shop had joked and said "if that Star Cheverolet warranty covers that transmission, i am going to tell everyone i know to buy their cars there too." I called him back and told him it was all covered and he was silent with shock. Haha. Then he said "wow i am so surprised! That is awesome!" So, if you need a vehicle, Star Cheverolet in Wiggins is the dealership i trust. So happy to have my truck back!

Fast Friendly buying experience from the first contact with salesman to the quick finance approval. There is a down-home family atmosphere with the whole dealership.

After picking up my car from the dealership I discovered all my stuff in my trunk wet and there was standing water where my spare tire was stored. No one mentioned anything to me about it. There was also some mold from the water.
