It was fast and I was informed with a text of everything that they were doing and as soon as they were finished they let me know. I was very satisfied with the service and the staff was very kind and courteous. If I ever need service again, I will definitely take it back to them.

After picking up my car from the dealership I discovered all my stuff in my trunk wet and there was standing water where my spare tire was stored. No one mentioned anything to me about it. There was also some mold from the water.

Whether it's an oil change or ordering a part, Star is the best!

We had to return to the service department immediately due to a warning for low oil, told everything was fine. Had to return again, the same day for the same issue. More than a week later we get the truck back. This was an engine replacement, it apparently had a dented oil pan(?) and a bad sensor. This, plus other experiences with having to return multiple times for the same issue needs addressing. Some type of quality control needs implemented.
